Intuition- Solar Plexus

 

We have all heard the phrase trust your gut or I can feel it in my bones. It actuality you have developed the inner knowing from your solar plexus.

What is your intuition? This is your bodies guide to read energies. You will know if something feels "off" or you can "read" the energies of a situation to see what is coming next. You may be able to tell if someone is lying or being genuine. 

If you believe that everything is energy, than we all have the ability to use our intuitions to guide us in the right or safe directions. However, many are taught to not trust themselves or their intuition, which usually occurs when we are young. As we age, we doubt our inner knowing about people or situations or we allow others to convince us that we are wrong.

When you give yourself distance from situations and reflect, many times you will realize that you knew all along. In the thick of emotions, energies can get jumbled or we use our rational minds to justify. More often than not, we lie to ourselves because we do not want to believe what is actually happening.

We have been given this gift, but without proper maintenance or acknowledgement it will never thrive. The outside "noise" will always crowd our judgement.
